Holistic Hair Health With Tiffany Hall

Losing your hair, whatever the reason, can be very upsetting and traumatic… but the good news is that you don’t have to sit back and accept your fate. There’s a lot that can be done to reverse hair loss and restore your locks to their former glory.

This, in fact, was the topic under discussion at my recent Hair Whisperers wellness event for hair loss and hair health, which was held at Cloud Twelve in London’s Notting Hill on November 22nd, with an expert panel coming together to host a holistic health workshop to focus on scalp, hair and skin concerns, as well as overall health and wellbeing.

Topics under discussion included hormone imbalances and nutritional deficiencies that can lead to hair loss, how natural medicine protocols can help restore hair health, the science behind the scalp, how diet, herbs and supplements can help support hair health and platelet-rich plasma therapy for safe and effective non-surgical hair regrowth.

As a trichologist with 15 years’ experience working with hair, I was on hand throughout the course of the day to carry out complimentary hair and scalp analysis using a trichoscope.

Attendees on the day were also able to seek the advice of Jenya Di Pierro, herbalist, naturopath, homeopath and founder of Cloud Twelve, and Nicola Libero, aesthetics practitioner for skin and scalp.

If you are experiencing problems with your hair and starting to feel that it’s affecting your confidence and self-esteem, you don’t have to go it alone. There are all sorts of bespoke treatments and plans available that can make a big difference to hair health.

For women, the majority will experience some kind of hair loss by the time they’re in their 60s, with most cases down to hormonal changes like menopause, pregnancy or postpartum.

And for men, male pattern baldness affects around 85 per cent by the time they hit 50… but with patience, consistency and following a healthy lifestyle, there’s a lot that can be done to restore your hair. If you’d like to find out more, get in touch with me today.
